This policy explains what Fire Forged Enterprise LLC ("Fire Forged," "we," "us") collects through this website, the waitlist, and the Course, and how we use it. We keep it simple: we use your information to run and improve the Course, and we do not sell it.

1. What we collect

• Information you give us. Name, work email, phone number (optional), company and plant location, role, and your answers to the waitlist questions, such as supervisor count, preferred format, price range, how your plant works today, and anything you choose to tell us.
• Course activity. If you enroll, we collect login records, lesson progress, and quiz or workbook activity, along with device, browser, IP address, and approximate location, so we can deliver the Course and enforce the per-seat license.
• Basic site data. Our website and form platform use cookies and similar tools to keep forms working and to measure visits.

2. How we use it

• To respond to you and keep you updated about the Course and founding pricing
• To decide what the Course covers and how it is delivered
• To deliver the Course, track progress, and provide support
• To enforce our Terms of Service, including the per-seat license
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

3. Email and text messages

If you give us your email, we may send you messages about the Course. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may text you about the waitlist and the Course. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

4. Who we share it with

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our CRM and form platform, email and text providers, payment processors, and video and course hosting. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• The company that bought your seat. If your employer purchases a seat for you, we may share your enrollment, progress, and completion with that company.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect our rights, including enforcing the per-seat license.
• Business transfer. If Fire Forged is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or it is no longer useful, and Course records for as long as needed to provide the Course and meet legal and accounting requirements.

6. Security

We use reputable platforms and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us passwords or sensitive financial data through our forms.

7. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email at any time, reply STOP to texts, or email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

This site and the Course are for working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
